Great work from Paul and team. I really appreciated their timeliness in arranging an inspection, the quick turnaround of the (very comprehensive) report, and their helpfulness in our follow up calls. My only suggestion is to annotate the actual measurements of floor levelness in the report as some photos were out of focus and it was hard to know which rooms were which.

Easy to organise. We just gave them the contact details of the Real Estate Agent, paid their fee online and they did all the rest. The Building and Pest Inspection Report was very comprehensive (136 pages). And they visited the Property within a couple of days of us ordering the service. We were very happy with their service. This is the B&P inspector you need to use!Paul’s report was perfect, easy to read and certainly saved us a lot of headache and not to mention $$$ buying our first home. The turn around time was almost instant and was extremely thorough. Will not hesitate to contact him again should we need another.

We got a pre-sale building and inspection report done within a tight time frame. The whole process was very easy and the report by the contractor was thorough and detailed.
