Q. Can I come along to the Building and Pest Inspection?
A. We welcome you to attend the inspection. The agent must also agree that you are welcome to attend. Some tenants and vendors do not allow you to attend.  If you do attend, the inspector can provide a verbal report after the inspection.

Q. How long after the Building and Pest Inspection will I receive my reports?
A. The electronic reports can be emailed to you within hours. If there’s no rush, our standard report delivery is the next business day.

Q. How long does the inspection take?
A. An average size house will take approximately 60 minutes to inspect. The inspection reports take approximately 30 minutes to complete.

Q. What if I cancel the Building and Pest Inspection?
A. If you cancel the inspection, we reserve the right to charge you the full fee. However in most cases, we refund approximately half of the inspection price.

Q. How do I pay for the reports?
A. The Company policy is payment on the same day that the access to the property is confirmed. We accept Visa, MasterCard or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). Once payment is received, your inspection is confirmed in our booking system. We do not attend the inspection if you have not paid. If you do not respond to our efforts to contact you for an overdue payment prior to the inspection, we will not attend the inspection.
